- This training program is designed for middle managers and team leaders with direct reporting staff.
- This program may not be suitable for senior team members who don’t have the authority to delegate work or the responsibility of developing others.
Delivery method
- 4 x live online masterclasses via Zoom, facilitated fortnightly. Each masterclass runs for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
- Each masterclass includes a peer practice session. The peer practice sessions are a unique practical element of this program. Working with a fellow participant, participants have the space to implement the framework and learnings.
- 3 x 50-minute Office Hours sessions (optional). Office Hours sessions are held on alternate Friday mornings to the masterclasses, from 10:05 – 10:55am AEST. These sessions provide space to ask specific work-related questions, and to receive spot coaching.
