i-Mastery uses accelerated learning techniques and engages participants to take personal responsibility for their learning. So that participants can get the most from these workshops, they are provided with a preparation pack that typically includes: initial questions for reflection, and as appropriate, reading to be completed in advance. These activities are designed to get participants ‘mentally fit’ and noticing what they want to learn. This technique has been shown to rapidly accelerate learning and increases the company’s return on investment.
All of i-Mastery’s workshops encourage participants to appreciate ‘linkages’ so that the very core of the new skills and information the participant is being taught can be applied to multiple areas of their work. For example, if a participant is learning how to interview, i-Mastery’s workshop will facilitate the participant to understand how else the core skills of building rapport, probing and fact finding can be applied to other areas of their work. This ensures that the training is immediately relevant and will translate into increased productivity.
At i-Mastery, we understand that workplace training needs to be practical and hands-on as well as being underpinned by a sound academic framework. Role-playing activities are incorporated whenever appropriate. Post Workshop Training Follow Up
i-Mastery workshops always conclude with prompts facilitating participants to consider:
