You’re an Ideal Client for Our Customised 1-On-1 Business Productivity Coaching….

if you’re nodding yes to any of these:
» Are you a busy professional receiving far too many emails?
» Would you love to get more things done that are important to you, whilst also feeling more in control and less stressed?
» Would you love to reclaim an extra hour or two a day, five days week?
» Are you are ready to make a change, but want a mentor to support you to get started?
We live in a world of increasing complexity and distraction. Our brains are hard wired to get caught up with distractions and yet doing so works against us. Never have we been overloaded with so many messages, so much information and such great expectation to always be ‘available and on-call’.
Yet, very few of us have benefited from specific training on how to manage the demands and pressures in today’s working life while maximising our productivity. Few of us understand just how distracting emails are and how much time and energy it costs us to have our inbox screen open at all times. Very few of us have effective strategies for clearing our emails and integrating the work embedded in them to a current to-do list, which often leads to feelings of stress and anxiety. And surprisingly few of us reap the rewards of effective daily and weekly planning.
iMastery designs specific and personalised coaching sessions to help you manage the demands of today’s working life while maximising your productivity and feelings of presence. We work with you to understand your personal work needs and goals and guide and support you to apply holistic, leading-edge strategies.
How Does the Business Productivity Coaching Work?
At your first coaching session we go through an informal presentation covering empowering information such as the multitasking myth and what neuroscience can tell us about how to get things done. You will then receive a customised coaching plan created for you based on your specific personal and professional circumstances, commitments and goals. To make sure you create the new habits required to reclaim time and increase your sense of control, you will receive expert time-management coaching and mentoring support.
Coaching plans typically range from 2 x 60-minute sessions, conducted within a fortnight, through to 8 or more sessions conducted over a number of months. Productivity strategies are definitely not one size fits all. An example training plan might look like the below.
